    Bonnie Jean,
Calm down, you didn't ruin anything! Most, if not all computer issues are correctable! Some take longer than others. I am very patient when it comes to computer issues & assisting other with them!

You most likely have a large amount of junk on your system. Yes, is relates to your computer being slow.
    Please download this batch file
    Disk Cleanup Extended.zip
which is in a zipped/compressed folder. To open the folder, double-click the zip folder and extract contents to Desktop. Run the batch file by double-clicking it. A CMD window will open, do not close it, it will close by itself when Disk Cleanup Extended has completed. You will see a popup titled Disk Cleanup. Scroll through the Files in the Delete section and check all checkboxes. Click continue OK and let it finish. If you are prompted to reboot, do so.

Click type Disk Defrag, click on Disk Defragmenter when it appears, select your C:\ drive and click Defragment Disk. Let it run till it completes. If you are prompted to reboot, do so.

Please report back when you have completed the steps! Is everything running quicker?

After all that please run FRST again
In Search type sendspace as it appears here, without a space between, Send and Space.
    Post SearchReg.txt, don't need others.

    Logs are Clean!
Please see section 3) of Disk Cleanup : Extended - Windows 7 Help Forums

I'll have a few recommendations for you in regards to AV, Anti-Exploit, Anti-Ransomware, and add-ons for Chrome and Firefox (if you use FF) it's my preferred choice. Add-ons are the same for each just a different download location. They will help keep unwanted garbage off your computer!

That defrag is still at the the same spot it was hours ago. I clicked on analyze disk to see what was happening and it stays the same. I took screen shots of it.
Also the tool bar that shows things I click on often is gone. Shots of that also.
I have never used Fire Fox.
I will do whatever you say.
My questions must get dumb and dumber! I just turned 72 and feel like it must feel to be 125. Lots of pain all of the time and it keeps me from sleeping as there is no medication for the pain. So I have bad short term memory loss.
    Thanks for helping me.

Sorry, but is the popup you're referring the Incredimail Screen shot creator?

If so, it's generated by Mail program you're using (IncrediMail).

    Disks are all defragmented.

The orange Incredimail rectangle at the bottom right is from my email program. I have a screen shot maker but have never found the screenshots. I can't find a clipboard but was told Windows 7 didn't have one. I figured I have someplace filled with screenshots. The only one I can get that I know what I am doing is the Incredimail one.
The sendspace popup disappeared sometime while I was rerunning all of the programs. outbrain has not been around.
Things are opening better. Are there other things I should do to clean out things. I run CCleaner often as I have about 500 to 1000 emails a day. I make stationary for on line use and gets lots of things I end up deleting. But being housebound and often unable to sleep it keeps me from going crazy.

All Windows OSs have clipboards, it is where a copy and paste, or cut and paste stores the information. Windows has a built-in screenshot app. On your keyboard it is Print Scrn. Pressing it will take a screenshot of your display and place it on your clipboard. You can paste it into Paint, Word, or any program that accepts graphics.

How do I find it? Nothing comes up on search and well every place I think of looking it isn't there.
