Skype billed me for an unwanted subscription and won't refund

Hi! Skype billed me for an additional subscription, after I'd told them I didn't want to use their services. I don't see the bill in my Skype account, but it does show up in my Paypal account. Paypal sent me a message saying that they won't let them bill me again. But already, the $39 was stolen from me through their claiming I'd asked for a subscription. I've send a reply on several of their emails to me, but no answer from them saying they will pay me back. So I've learned a lesson - never use a Skype subscription again! And now, you can learn the same from me as an example! Some internet companies make it so hard to get a hold of them, and that is fishy in itself. Well, anyhow, that's all for all - just giving you a good lesson to learn by!

I take it you already tried to go this route Skype Support and then pick to go with support then it normally will let you call a person or at least they will be a real person on chat.

I can't understand your post. No offense. Have you contacted PayPal, open a case and state what happened? I had to open a few cases with PayPal before and always got my money back.

If you want text and chat, and want to stay private, check out Signal. They have an App for your phone/tablet and a desktop client. If your laptop/desktop has a camera, all the more power to ya.

Thanks a lot for your help with this! I think we got our money refunded successfully, some time back.
