[QUOTE=BenyaminL;3414562]That's not a problem, I just uninstall it, and the external keyboard ctrl+scroll work, but the internal usage not. It's such a drag.. *sorry for swearing*.

Seems I need to tried a lot more before it. It have been a long time since I use this feature (from synaptics zoom in and out using pinch on touchpad on windows 7). I need to rollback a couple more, hahaha..[/QUOTE

I didn't understand that you're using the "pinch" feature on your touch pad.

Go to Control Panel, Mouse and select Device Settings.

    Click on Settings.

Is the Pinch Zoom feature enabled? If not, enable it.

I just tried that on my Dell system and it's different than what I posted.

I see you have a HP.

Do you have a Synaptics icon in your system tray?

if so, click on it and, if "disable gestures" is checkmarked, uncheck it.

    Does that help?

By the way, I assume you reinstalled the updates.

Mine is ASUS A43SV dude, It's written there.
I have old synaptics and it's wokring on the tray..
Any other suggestion, mine have no option to disable gesture. The gesture is working on other app, just not working on Windows Explorer.

Your system specs say you're using a HP. I guess that's an error.

(I deleted my comment about where to look for the gestures because, upon further review, you said the pinch feature is working in other apps but not Windows Explorer.)

When you open Synaptics, is there a version number (About...........) in Help? If so, is it this one-

Download ASUS Synaptics TouchPad Driver 16.3.9.0 64 bit for Windows XP 64 bit, Windows Vista 64 bit, Windows 7 64 bit

If you uninstall them and they're required, they will be identified via Windows Update for installation.

You should manually create a system restore point before doing what I suggested. I was in error for not mentioning that.
Anyway it's working now. I tried to update the driver from asus website here A43SV Driver & Tools | Laptop | ASUS Indonesia on https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/n...614.1514610401

but still to be honest it's amusing, because the old version stable until the newest update. But this new update cause me to learn something new, the middle mouse is gone and it copying from windows 10 like and mac os like gesture.. No option for drag and drop like drag done after one more click and etc. That's not major problem, because I buy new mice for it, and mostly I dock my laptop as Desktop PC.

    Thanks.

I always tried not to download from 3rd party if I could. Last time the bluetooth driver destroy my windows installation and cause BSOD way too much.

I don't understand your reference to Win 10.

You should be able to change the mouse settings in Control Panel, Mouse.

I find that SoftPedia and CNET are very reliable. However, I usually recommend that people get their drivers from the computer vendor website.
