    Hi richardber,
    Welcome to SevenForums!
    Sir,
    1. Please download 'Speccy Portable' zip. Here is the direct download link :
    Speccy - Portable

    2. Extract that zip file to a folder, Connect all the external devices you use & Run 'Speccy64.exe' from the extracted folder.

3.In the Speccy window, Click & Open 'File' menu from the Menu bar at the Top Left. From the drop down, select 'Save as text file' & share the file with us.

    4. Update your System Specs as well.

    Let us know.

    Thanks & Regards. ...

    Hi richardber,
    Sir,
You can follow the link : Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums
    OR
You can use cloud services like Google Drive, One Drive/Sky Drive, etc. You will need to sign up/ make an account with the provider and sign in into your account to upload & share the link to files.
For eg. You can use any of your google accounts to upload data for free up to 15 GB limit per account on Google Drive. Then you have to create the share link for the files & share it with us.

    Thanks & Regards. ...

Do you have the same issue if you choose Hibernate rather than Sleep? If not, then I suggest that you do Hibernate rather than Sleep. Or just leave the computer running all the time.

    Hi All,
    Greets,
    @richardber : Sir.
Probably, we are very near to the solution. You may need to update one or two drivers to get rid of this problem but it depends. Either update your specs OR decide yourself whether & how this web page applies to you! Expand Description & Fixes section on this web page :

    Hi Sir,

    1. Close all the windows/apps. Eject and take out/unplug all the external devices/media like CD/DVDs, Pen drives, External hard disks, USB devices, etc.
Now go into Sleep & try to awaken it. Any Changes ?

    2. I asked for the detailed Speccy Report as a text file as below.

    sleep shutsdown-speccy.png

    3. I want to have a look on all loaded 3rd party drivers & their versions. Keep external devices detached. Download this zip file, extract it to a folder & run the DriverList.cmd file. It will create Driver.txt file. Please share it with me.

    driverview-x64.zip

    Let us know.

    Thanks & Regards. ...
