Glary might give you an idea of what is taking a long time
Free version will do the job. You don't need to have Glary starting up with windows. You can run it afterwards.

Yes, you need to install it. It is free. You can uninstall it after you have done what you want. I use it quite often.

however glary give me ok 11 sec for boot ...strange!!!
my boot log is that:
therre is a lot of unload intel drivers...
in startup with glary utils i have no relevant service that occupe a lot of time all process are 0,1 sec,,,
is better to move avast on my ssd or leave it on mechanical hard disk?
There are some drivers that can't be loaded
Did not load driver hal.inf,%acpi_amd64.devicedesc%;ACPI x64-based PC
Did not load driver oem32.inf,%mfc9330cdw.net.scn%;Brother MFC-9330CDW LAN
Did not load driver cpu.inf,%intelppm.devicedesc%;Processore Intel
My suggestion is to do a Repair install Repair Install
