    Continual "Device Disconnect Sound" Every 3 to 4 Seconds.


    This just started yesterday, I don't have any idea what's causing it as there is no message or anything.
    I can turn the sound off with Applications-System Sounds, but unfortunately there is a vision stutter
    combined. (This makes it impossible to use FSX Flight Simulator for example.)
    I will really appreciate any help.

    Maybe you have a dodgy USB cable/port.

    Try jiggling your USB cables (keyboard, mouse, etc.) near the USB sockets.

    The AC/DC adapter for my Cyborg 3D Force Stick was faulty, and was overheating.
    Fortunately had a replacement so problem solved.

Continual 'USB Disconnect' sound?

Every ten to twenty (or even every few, on occasion) minutes, I hear the Windows USB disconnect sound (but never the 'Connect' equivalent). I have searched for a way to locate and fix the problem, but all I have come up with so far is to open up all the possible USB connection items in Device...
i always get this error about > "Warning, Connection Problem, Auto disconnect in 25 Seconds) < every 3 sec .. how do i fix it ? i really want to play dota 2 right now =(

Recently when I was trying to enable my sound card so I could make YouTube videos, I managed to somehow break my sound. I have a windows 7 64bit computer that runs realtek hd audio and nvidia hd audio. I have tried reinstalling windows and that does not work, as it comes up with an error message...
