Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit suddenly randomly waking up
Hi everyone --
Over the past few years, I would put my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit computer to sleep, and it would remain in that state until I moved my mouse or used my keyboard. Over the last three weeks, my computer has suddenly started waking up. My Logitech MK270 mouse & keyboard are both wireless, using the same USB receiver.
What's weird is both have on/off switches, and the computer wakes up even though they're both in the off position. If they're both physically disabled, how can they be waking the computer? All of my network options have "wake" options disabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Powercfg -lastwake shows the following:
Wake History Count - 1
Wake History [0]
Wake Source Count - 1
Wake Source [0]
Type: Device
Instance Path: USB\VID_046D&PID_C534\5&3afd18bd&0&5

Description: USB Composite Device
Manufacturer: (Standard USB Host Controller)
Powercfg -devicequery wake_armed shows:
Logitech HID-Compliant Keyboard
Logitech HID-Compliant Cordless Mouse
Powercfg -waketimers shows:
There are no active wake timers in the system.
Thanks!
