Toshiba Satellite S70-A Windows 7: Randomly Freezing

Hello, my laptop is randomly hard freezing with no warning or error messages or blue screens. I have done a virus scan, chk dsk and Sfc/scannow and sfc/scan does detect some corrupted files, but I replaced them with clean files from a windows 7 install ISO file but they still show up as corrupt in the sfc scan.
I have already attached my cbs log to this post.

The sfc scan shows about seven files where the file in the source file in the file store is also corrupted:

So manually replacing those files from the install ISO should fix my issue? I already did this once already and they still show up as corrupt.

I cannot tell if the files in question are actually corrupt or lacking the right permissions.

How would I make sure they have the right permissions?

The log file says there are some unknown file or folder permissions, on many files/folders.

You should check the permissions set on the files/folders that are included in the attachement that I uploaded to this post. Here: CBS duplicate ownership.txt.
