Won't let me boot into windows due to "unauthorized changes"

When I try to boot into windows, instead of doing that it shows me this message on a black screen:
"The system found unauthorized changes on the firmware, operating system or UEFI drivers. Press [N] to run the next boot device, or enter directly to BIOS Setup if there are no other boot devices installed. Go to BIOS Setup > Advanced > Boot and change the current boot device into other secured boot devices."

I couldn't find any setting like this in the BIOS and I don't have any other ideas. I know this may not be a windows problem, but I really don't know what to do anymore.

If you have had secure boot running ok then something has changed to get this error which could be major malware or virus as secure boot only kicks in if major changes have happened to boot files
