With freeware BES or Threadmaster you can limit the cpu usage of a program. Maybe set that thing to 5% or so.

BES, Battle Encoder Shirase 1.7.7 & 1.6.3: Controls Per-Process CPU Usage

Thank you Johnhoh, it seemed to be a good option... I just download and ran it with such a hope but unfortunately the evil thing doesn't figure on the list so I couldn't limit it.

Now THIS is very strange.

I uninstalled the module (I was really irritated) and decided to buy a new SSD to set up a VM with W7 only for Internet banking. Then I tried to access the website of the bank without it and it worked normally as if I didn't have removed it. I am wondering if that thing was REALLY a security module from the bank or if I was victim of a phishing attempt.

Taskkill
I have tried several time to kill the process for a particular program with an elevated command prompt of C:\\Windows\System32>taskkill /pid 704 /f. Each time it claims to have been successful, but the process remains regardless. Am I doing something wrong, or is taskkill?
