The things I did but The problem is still there.

1)Uninstall and install the graphics card driver again.
    2)create a new account.
3)Set the resolution to Full HD.

    How to fix this problem?

    Hi iko22

This windows aren't resizable with mouse.

The size of this window is correct (in my friend windows 7)

But the size of this window is not correct and some other windows (in my Windows 7)

The width of the window is smaller and the height is increased.

Perhaps this is a problem in the registry

I can re-create your two images by changing the aspect ratio of my display resolution. What is the resolution in your two different pics?

Would you provide a screen shot of what you're talking about?

    I see.

It looks like he's using a different color scheme is Windows Color and Appearance on the two computers. He could also be using a different font size. Some of those settings may be different in the Advanced setting.

I just pulled up the Performance Options box too. You friend's PC is definitely set up at a different resolution, as the text is bigger on yours. That's the only reason the box is wider. Shame they made the box unable to be resized.

If you're happy with this larger text, you won't want to change your resolution permanently, but it might be worth doing as a temporary measure just to change Performance Options.

This is why I hate wide screen laptops! They are wide but not tall, and many apps, sites and tools are tall. It's silly. I still have a non widescreen desktop monitor which is tall enough for most things. To have a widescreen one as tall as this would be way too big. Sadly some new website designs are based on height, not width (as they assume all screens are now widescreen), so I have to scroll left and right.
