Security Question - Snip JPG - Saved Passwords

The Mozilla browser SeaMonkey (Firefox based) includes a nice password manager that allows string searching the URL and then removing or editing the entry. The PW can be further protected by a master password. In a forum thread there is this descriptive information:

Export/Import saved passwords Seamonkey • mozillaZine Forums

"The user names and passwords are encrypted within the signons.sqlite file"

How vulnerable to snooping and theft is Word file containing a snipped jpg image of the PW from the Saved Passwords add-on?
