AutoPlay options keep changing after reboots

Not sure if anyone can help me as I've never seen this behavior before but here goes.
I have my AutoPlay options set so that when a new device (iPhone) is plugged in, I want Photo Gallery to import any new pictures. Unfortunately, when I plug in my iPhone, I always get "Import photos and videos using DropBox"
When I go in and change it to my personal preferences, it stays as long as I don't reboot the PC. Once I reboot, the AutoPlay options change back to the DropBox.
I can't remember what software I may have installed or what has caused this behavior but it's annoying. Is there any way to lock down these options?
    Thank you in advance.

    Welcome to Seven Forums, PauBa!

Do you have some kind of DropBox app installed on the computer?

    Yes I do

Yes, I have DropBox as well as iCloud and OneDrive storage drives installed.
I have gone into the app but there is no way to turn off the import options. I have had this app installed for years now and have only ha this problem lately.

Try the instructions here: Disable-Camera Upload on Dropbox | Wikihow. The Windows instructions are after the Mac instructions, so you need to scroll down further, to see them.

Thank you for the response but that was the first place I looked. You can change the option from Photos and Videos to Photos only. No way to disable it. I have posted the question on their forum but response.

In Dropbox > Settings > Preferences > Import, then change autoplay settings you can change the "Import photos and videos (Dropbox)" to "Ask me every time" from the dropdown list. This will prevent the uploads automatically being sent to the cloud storage.

No matter what I have this set to, it automatically defaults to DropBox
