Can't download pdf file. Access denied

    Hello everyone,
I have been away a while! However, I have a problem so here I am again. I have been working on our family tree and am ready to have it printed. For that I hope to use TreeSeek. Not much success with that though, as I get this type of message:"error - this xml file does not appear to have any style information associated with it". I have turned off Chrome's pdf as I don't use that. (did turn it on to try to use it, but it didn't work either)
I use PDF-XChange Editor, which works very well and downloads all other files without any problems.
    Any solution at all?
    Thanks, Frodi.

Were are you downloading from as its saying a xml file. It sounds like it using CCS like a web page you can have just basic text then add a style from CCS file and it comes alive and it souns like this is happening

I am downloading from TreeSeek. Strangely they give an alternate download option if the file doesn't get sent. The file gets the message from the alternate option. I tried to copy the message to the desktop, but it won't let me copy the message.
    Thanks for your reply samuria.

    This is the alternate download:

There was a problem displaying your chart. Don't worry you can download it here.
