Clicking on Taskbar Icon only opens a Minimized Desktop Window

    Clicking on Taskbar Icon only opens a Minimized Desktop Window


    When I click on my Taskbar icon only a minimized window opens on the desktop. Dragging the corners to full screen doesn't work.
