    Well, I don't 'LOVE' Chrome. I just use it. In fact I think that the majority of browsers is horrible. Thank you for your feedback, I will try the current Firefox.

    But if you are stuck with Chrome, as I am with my online work, you can mimimize the spying in the Settings. (For everything else I use FF) They hide their settings in the right-hand corner, hoping you won't bother with them. And there are no ads if you use Ublock Origin.

    megahertz07--it doesn't have to load on startup; you have it set that way, either in msconfig>Startup Tab, the Startup folder or in the program settings.
