    I don't have any custom anything regarding windows themes. I have no patches system files and i'm having the same issue on Windows 7 x64 ultimate. I can't get vmplayer to install giving a similar permissions issue even though i'm the at home system builder and administrator on that account. How did you fix this issue with permissions?
