    Odd menu that shows when cursor is at the very top of the screen


    At some point in the last year, when my cursor goes to the very top of my screen, a little dropdown menu comes up (shown in image attached). It's just not useful and annoying to make go away. I'm assuming that there's some way to turn this option on and off but since I don't know what it's called, it's hard to search on. Hoping there's an easy solution? Thanks!

    I would click on the settings line at the bottom and see if it leads to a clue as to what this is.

    Looks like a jump list to me.

    Have you ever used a jump list creator utility that you've forgotten about?
