How to "repair" hidden/disappeared SysTray icons?

    Where it says to restart, does the icon cache rebuild itself, or do I have to type in another command?

    ...and the sky will fall? I know there's an update 2nd Tues of the month, and I know which programs are outdated, and I have a reason for that. I check Task Mger now and then to see if my A-V and firewall are running and whether there are any unknown processes running.

    Naw, sky won't fall :) if Notification Icons Area is broken, there are solutions.
