    Win 7 modifications ??

Just purchased a new computer with the win 7 installed. I believe that this is the bottom version of the OS.
I read that you can increase the capability of the factory version by purchasing a "software key" that improves the OS.
My question is, how much does this cost ,and what other features come with that modification, and is it worth it for someone like me that basically spends most of my computer time on-line read blogs and news.

If that's all you do with it and your happy, why go to the expense and the hassle,
stick with what you have in my opinion. But if you really want to change have a read here.

    Hi and welcome

There are afew features of the higher end versions that come in handy like RDT server and, bit denfender etc. dont think the upgrade should be that expensive, but I am not sure I got an ultimate copy from work
