Thank you, I now have that fix printed out for the next time I have to install a PC with Windows 10 HOME on it.

I'm going to practice that fix, on a spare HD that I have here.

    Happy New Year Mates!

    Update:
I just tried the install of Windows 10 Home, with the LAN cable connected. The Hint from Bree worked great. Thank you sir!

Then I did the install again, with the LAN cable UN-Plugged and that too worked great.

I only wish I had known this two weeks ago, when I had to unbox and set up a brand new HP desktop, which came with Windows 10 Home on it.
After much cussing and complaining, I finally got the new PC set up, but the owner has to use a Pin Number every time he logs on. Needless to say, He's not real happy with his new PC with Win-10 Home on it.

So I'm sitting here in front of my main PC "Master PC" Everything on my network is a slave under this as all 6 HDDs hold all the shares for the network.. 5 TB in total and each of the 5 remaining data drives have there own drive sitting on the shelf waiting for backup. Anyway enough boasting of my network. I'm getting ready to run a system backup with EaseUS Todo back.. I got myself the technician version with so much more control so why not right?? So I'm getting read for the backup and there it is..... My Windows 7 system backup... Should I be a hypocrite and keep that backup? Remember what I said?

I upgraded all 5 of my systems to Win 10. I have Sledgehammer run on startup. I use Winaero Tweaker to tame the beast. Like all the past OS's I walk away and step into the future and leave to past behind. Time to get over it people.
I won't lose anything buy deleting it. The upgrade to windows 10 saved everything.. Should I delete it or "Walk away and step into the future and leave to past behind"??????????

    Didn't you mean wubalubadubdub

What does wubba lubba dub dub mean?
Wubba lubba dub dub is a nonsense catchphrase from with the adult cartoon Rick and Morty that has inspired memes, attempts at silly definitions, and some self-importance from fans of the show who think they are smarter than they actually are.

I take no offence. I find it funny. I'v been around computers for 30 years... And you?

It comes from the nursery rhyme that starts out with, "Rub a dub dub, three men in a tub..."

I was a Commodore 64 tech/programmer/Dealer, several years before I built my first IBM clone, with MS Dos 2.0 on it. Near as I can remember, that was in or about 1983. I reprogrammed the BIOS chip in that first PC, to make it boot up faster.

I've always looked at every MS OS from the viewpoint of a technician that would have to work on it.
    Simpler is betterer.

Win-7 remains my all time favorite, and I'll still be running it the day I'm called Home.

I see no problem with re-installing Win-7 from a Flash Drive, should that ever become necessary.
Installation from a FD, does not depend in any way on MS Support.

    Happy New Year, Mates!

According to Bird Man from the show on Cartoon Network's [adult swim], Rick's catchphrase means I'm in great pain.

First, "offence" is spelled offense. And "I'v" has an e at the end of it. Second, I'm the mastery of all things aeronautics, radio communications, electronics, computers, and networking. How long? Since the Pleistocene epoch when man first controlled fire to move forward to where that work in is now used for power plants, planes, trains, automobiles, and rockets including putting man on the moon in the Sea of Tranquility among the nomenclature mare's on this Earth's (called dirt) sole satellite.

I am also an inventor, curios reader of the mass to energy equivalence, antiquity and all forms of science. In a nutshell, I'm a Renaissance man and I can art, brah.

Did I mention I have three websites that are probably as secure as the Visa American multinational financial services corporation?

Am I smart? No, I'm still learning and achieving...

If you'd like to meet up you can fly from RLG at a heading of 053 then intercept the 315 DVV radial. When you see the orangish color of a surface to air missile you'll know your in the right spot. And when in doubt, 0 then 1.

The "offence" spelling is the Brit version of the way we Yanks spell offense. Which is correct? It depends where you live.
