This is strange- I tried to download a later version from various websites and either it can't be downloaded or Norton deems it as unsafe and deletes it.
You said this occurred after reinstalling Windows so, I don't know what reinstalling again would do. Are you able to open these folders- C:\Users"your username"\Desktop C:\Users"your username"\AppData\Local\Temp |

Can I force a specific program to use 100% CPU? not sure if this is the right place to post, I have an animation program that renders in AVI, but it takes over 6 hours to render a 5 minute video. and my CPU usage is only topping out at 40% (45% when set to Real Time priority)! is there any program or way to force that animation program to use... |

The NVIDIA control panel does a thing like this, but it gives you only 3 channels: red, blue, and green.
