Are you trying to run UCP-Ultra Core Protector?
UCP-Ultra Core Protector, for what I found, is a kind of firewall to be installed on game servers.
Did you do a clean install, deleting all partitions, starting from a blank and unallocated partition?

Please remember that Time as we know it does not exist on these internet boards; there are no minutes, no hours, maybe only days.

For information: When I downloaded it from this site- QP Download - The Biggest Download Portal!, Norton said it was unsafe and deleted it. When I downloaded it from here- Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - CNET Download.com it opens. Not sure if your anti-virus is flagging it.

Do you have Windows Firewall and Windows Defender active? Or MSE? Either MSE or WD will protect your system enough for now.
