    Web sites and either security or anti-advertisement utilities, or extensions, or all of them -- can indeed clash. Don't know what to tell ya :)

    Guys I don't think the problem is the UCP,I've tried different versions and the problem still remains.

    When you tried to install from Safe mode, did you run an installer similar to this-

    How to perform an installation in Safe Mode – Knowledge Base

    before running the UCP installation?

    Yes,I have tried in Safe Mode and also from cmd.

    What I suggested seems to be a paradox. How did you install the "installer." Sorry about my ignorance of Windows.

    If you right click on the UCP installer and select Properties, what is its compatibility mode set to?
