Windows 7 Freezes and Keyboard BIOS doesn't work

I had to go back to W7 because W10 Keeps lagging for me even though I got all the requirements
I activated windows and everything is fine but until it started freezing and my keyboard numlock wont work, lights on. click it. lights still on. I tried restarting and it work. Everything is ok and fast but after 20 minutes it did it again, I already tried scanning for viruses or looking to see if my drivers are up to date or did an sfc /scannow in cmd. Its still happening after all of it. So please help me since its really irritating me!

    Hi Rikazo,
    Welcome to SevenForums!
Sounds like you have other issues if Win10 didn't run correctly either!

Did you do a Win 7 Clean install or you came back from win 10 by undo?

We need to know all the history. As Bill already asked we need ALL hardware specs.

Still not resolved, computer keeps freezing every 30 minutes or so. If it doesn't freeze in 30 minutes then if I open a program or game, then that will do the freezing.
