Fresh Windows 7 Professional, x64 install boot problem

After fresh installed Windows 7 Professional x64 the primary drive, the boot is not completed when the secondary drive is not attached.

    I need the solution.

When is installed, the secondary boot disk is attached.

The 1. drive is SSD, i need the solution to work without 2. HDD to boot the system.

if you are using mbr partitioning and assuming your new installation calls itself C:

    Open admin command prompt:
    diskpart
    sel vol c
    act
    exi
    bcdboot c:\windows /s c:

Then you should be able to boot without the other disk attached.

    Other option is available?

Running all command and restart and nothing change.

I may be naive but, can you do the new install without the other drive installed?
