No I didn't
Ok, but I already had a problem once trying to update my own drivers manually once and I'd prefer not to do it again and have to take my PC to the technician againHi

Hi
That driver problem is interesting
can you run and post the tool report from here
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions
is this a dual graphics comp, if so as i said earlier intel then nvidia, otherwise you will get driver install problems
Roy
I would run program again, and send log files to Microsoft.
You can upload log files to this Forum. Here are the posting instructions Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums .
Please, if you can, only upload log files with errors in them.
It's not a dual graphics comp as far as I know. I just use Nvidia, not intel.
I ran the tool report and it generated all these files. Which one would you like me to upload?

Two .dlls to be exact: DWrite.dll and mshtml.dllThat would indicate a problem with the Application itself. But the OP has stated that the APPCRASH happens with more than one .dll as source.
I'll run the Framework repair again and send the errors
Doneplease zip the whole report and upload it.
How do I identify them? Please, if you can, only upload log files with errors in them.
Hi
looking them over now
