Ccleaner can muck up your system if you don't know what you are doing. Especially if you buy into the snake oil of cleaning the registry. Don't do that. Leave the registry alone. That goes for Revo Uninstaller. Look at all the keys it wants to remove before you remove them. Revo Uninstaller offers an option to make a system restore so at least you have that. Ccleaner should do the same.
In addition to an older version of Ccleaner that I use I also run System Ninja which will find temp files Ccleaner often doesn't. In fact much more. Run both prior to a clone. BUT! If you use Spotify, you'll need to exclude the Spotify downloads folder for your songs if you download your songs. Otherwise System Ninja will delete them. The Spotify download folder should be in C:\Users\Your_Username\AppData\Local\Spotify\Storage. The music files are encrypted with an extension of .file.
I also use the Spotify App and directed all song downloads to the SD card. That way I save on cell phone data and can still hear music in poor cell phone coverage areas.
