Retrieve Data after A full Format

Is their any way to retrieve data from a Hard Drive or a storage Device that has been fully formatted..
Like for instance, when I insert in my Flash Drive it asks to Format it, and When I go to the Disk Management Tool, it shows the Drive is their and shows the File System as RAW in it ...

SO, what are the chances of retrieving data from it..

Normally, flash drives are formatted using FAT32. Most people reformat them to NFTS. You can format it to either one but FAT32 has a 4GB file size limit. Unless you do a quick format, you'll lose any data that is on it. Even with a quick format, you still might need to use special software to recover files. I'm not sure if it will let you quick format a flash drive. Did you ever add any files to the drive?

The Flash Drive which I hold is 7 GB and when I go to the Disk Management Tool, it shows as "RAW" in it...
and after inserting in the Flash Drive it detects it and Shows in the Task Bar as Inserted.. But, does not show up anything on the "MY PC"...
And Rather the moment inserted, the Message Window Pops Up asking to Format... But, I did not do anything to it.. Waiting that their could be a way to retrieve data out of it...

So, could you suggest me some tools or something to recover the Lost data..

    Hoping for your cooperations

Secondly, If other types of Formats are done, then do you mean to say that, they are non-retrievable..?

As I said, unless you only do a Quick Format, you will lose all the data on the disc.

    Take a look at this-

3-Step USB RAW Recovery: Recover Data from RAW USB - EaseUS

    Does that help?

I ran that Software Earlier.. It did not bring out any results...
And secondly, is their a way to find out what type of formatting might have been done on it..?
