Too many fonts can hurt your system?

First of all, sorry for my english.Answering my own question, it seems that yes, it can hurt my system...
I already had W7 Ultimate(this a relativelly new installation) and added new fonts to the system, and never had any troubles with it.But now i have. There are 2 programs among others, that i use, Microsoft PAINT and PHOTOSCAPE, where i can write text over an image, but now the feature doesn't work, it crashes...of course i know that it's not chance or "bad luck", and, because i made some research about it , it gave me some answers, but the main is that i HAVE TOO MANY FONTS in my system. Now, i have tried the common solutions that a Google Search can give me. The most logical would be to RESTORE DEFAULT FONT SETTINGS, but it didn't work.It doesn't even let me click OK...
I have tried all the other solutions. I've tried to Delete/Uninstall the 30000(more....) fonts i had downloaded, but it is such a tedious process that it's almost impossible.Furthermore, i really am not sure about which is wich(the Default Fonts and the others).
I also made 2 attempst by RESTORING my system to some days ago, but no results.
So, does anyone have a Real Solution for this Problem?
    Thank you all!

There is another possibility, the free application Nexus Font allows you to create sets of fonts which are grouped as you choose, style of font, or an individual projects fonts are two possibilities, you can then load only the fonts you need for a particular task. It is used by a number of professional typesetters and designers so is a high quality option - it also allows you to sort your fonts into usable groups the way you want to

The main page for the application is Simple, easy and well designed applications by xiles and the author does accept donations to help continue the development, though this is optional

    Thank you Barman58.
I already knew the app, but it made no difference.Anyways, i already solved my problem.I simply went to registry and (having a list of the Standard W7 Fonts) deleted the many that weren't Default.
Now my Pc is working fine and also those softwares i mentioned. Thanks again.
