The correct name is, "view running processes in task manager."
If you start typing that beginning with the letter V, it may show up. However, right clicking that in the search facility isn't going to show you its path, especially if this is a type of virtual process or file what ever it's called now.
In the future, if you are looking for a specific DLL, exe, etc, then use the program called Everything.exe and it'll find it in a second after a few moments Everything.exe indexes your drive/s. Subsequent launching of Everything won't index your drive/s unless it notices major file changes. At least I think that's how it is working unless it's on a timer which I doubt. Also, Everything will fetch results whether they are hidden or system protected hidden files or not. This program is a fantastic Windows search replacement and it's my primary search facility. So because of that I completely turn off the indexing service in services which is great to help minimize unnecessary write cycles to a SSD or NVMe drive. There are other products that do what Everything does, but in my testing those products were hit and miss on results where is with Everything it listed the complete results.

Now that's just for searching for files on a computer. If you want to find data like txt in files themselves, then use the great and wonderful program called Fileseek. It'll will scour though all kinds of files. This program has helped me narrow down certain code withen PHP, CSS, and HTML files on my website. You have to download your public_html or the interested folder and direct Fileseek to seek withen it. Then I use Notepad ++ to open the entry. You can go into Filesek to add Notepad ++ as a file handler.
