    Hopefully...but like my post above it could just be a conflict with the GFX and boot

    Oh... Never heard of that before. Could be though! I just know that sometimes my W7 boot screen would be replaced by the Vista one, and doing one of those two commands would fix it.

    The fact that it keeps changing is questionable to me...something is going on there...

    Did you do an upgrade or a clean install?
    Do you still have Vista on your machine?
    I did a clean install and I never had Vista
