Recently when I use Copy/Paste Ctrl+C Ctrl+Z screens are zooming in.

This happens in a number of different apps from web browser to email to libre office docs and text files.
I tried to disable this function in settings but keeps happening
I use C/P a LOT and this has become very annoying.

Why?

How to stop this?

All ideas welcome.
