I just removed it in management so now it's just 40mb unallocated.
Diagnostic works like it always did
At this point I'm going to give up and just live with it the way it is.
Again thank you for your help and patience.
One last question, if I did a restore using my Acronis would that bring back the original way the C drive partitions were?
Im closing this thread its unsolved but I give up.
Should I marke it as solved or just leave it as is?

Another tidbit I just discovered, I had sent the PC out to Square Trade to have repaired for a apparent MOBO issue. Just hours ago i found that they had a sata cable that belonged to one of my HD swapped with mt 2nd burner. I was trying to burn something in my 2nd burner and I noticed that the drive letter was H not F and it did not work.
Lucky enough I have a identical XPS 8700 here so I opened them both up and saw what was wrong.
I swapped the cables and that is back to normal, I did try burning a repair disc and same issue.. So now I'm running a scannow for the heck of it, if it works i will report back. If not have have had enough.
