can I replace a corrupted system file to install media

I have recently reinstalled my windows , after so many bsods failed to boot .
After , install I ran the sfc scannow to know if there is any corrupted files then.
Yes, I have one zip file shows as corrupted. I got a fresh zip file for that specific file. I copied and then sfc scannow again. Now, there is no integrity issue.
    My query is
Can I replace this file in my install media
I can browse the install file with 7 zip and access the same folder in the install media.
My question is , as this file is a zip file, can i copy to the same place the same not corrupted files without any permission issue?
    2. When a file or files are copied to a folder in zipped format, it is packed or compressed.
    3. So,is just copying the zip file enough?
    4. or should i do any different copying to the install media.
    5. I noted that the size of the both files are same size , but the install file is having some corrupted issues.
6 is mere copying enough or should I follow some other method
