Computer lags every couple seconds

I know on the surface this post may not seem to help, but, I have had windows 7 installed for quite some time now, and with absolutely no problems whatsoever in my Win7 x64 install postulate that any problem you are experiencing is not Win7 per se, but more a hardware or 3rd party software addition that will most likely only pertain to your setup. Search here at seven forums and google for your specific model having problems with Win7 (and post the results even?), possibly start with a fresh install with no additional software (except some kind of AV maybe) and see if the problem is really there at a base level. I again reiterate that with using Win7 to do most all facets of its intention as the OS, and not the destination, I have always been pleased that finally Microsoft has come the closest to a stable and enjoyable OS yet since win 3.1!

Bonjour would be installed with Itunes

I don't believe you need Bonjour. I remove if from my Itunes installs with no further problems.

i have deleted that and my laptop still lags or skips on everything when im typing, watching nething, ne program. i need help!
