Is there a way to delete all OS files on my old hard drive that I am using as additional storage but keep my personal files? Possibly a windows format? I can transfer the saved data to my main hard drive til I make this happen. Any Thoughts?

I made the mistake of only giving myself 64gb of space on my system files partition and need to make it bigger. Can I do this by simply making a system image with all my partitions (1 HDD) included, reformat and then load everything back where it was and have a different amount of space on each?
