32bit only black screen with logon sound and OS working

how do i get the desktop back when i only get a black screen, but can also hear the logon sound and even restart via blind cmd command works?
it's in a multiboot system, so should the F8 key even work at some point with this or how would i even get to safe mode and why did the picture dissapear in the first place?

now i tried to set a safe mode via another win partition, but that gives an even worse picture than the black screen, but the same blind reboot works too, probably without a sound tho.
plus the regular mode doesnt even seem to have a working start menu, so i cant even launch stuff with ctrl+shift from there... (gives no sound for "yes/allow" prompt)

i would probably have to use some repair stuff, but would it keep all of my files and apps in the system or just overwrites everything? (on 1 partition?)
and would the repair stuff even work on a multiboot system? or i could later somehow update the grub on the disk via the live cd? or that would still mess up the windows bootloader anyway, so theres not even any point in grub update?

i think that the issue probably started again with resizing the partitions, because the 2nd 64bit system only "plays" a youtube video when u press the space bar very fast lol.... like it wont even play when you hold it down, only when u press it really fast, because as soon as u have pressed it once, it will automatically pause the video again..... and i think i had the same exact issue the last time, but i dont even have a clue what can even cause this and why doesnt it fix it with sfc scan.... (i even tried it in safe mode with even worse fuzzy screen, but it did not bring any of the picture back... but it did reboot the pc via the blind shutdown command, so it obv had to accept the sfc command too, because it should have admin rights in safe mode...)

does anyone know any solution to this kind of really ****** weird ****** or could even try to replicate this with their own test system ?

would be kinda nice to have some quick and easy fix, rather than having to reinstall the whole thing all over again from the scratch....

it does not show anything, but i can do everything via the blind cmd commands etc, so everything basically works 100%, but it just does not show any picture lol (even when i try to press the Lcd hdmi buttons etc... and i'm not even sure if it even had any (external) display drivers before, because its 32bit win7)

so maybe someone can set up their own test system with 32bit, 64bit and linux multiboot and then try resizing some of the partitions with gparted via the live cd?

Most likely you have to reinstall or update your graphics drivers. Restart your computer and keep pressing F8 to see the list of options. Select Safe Mode. If you can successfully load Safe Mode, then go at Control Panel, change view to Large icons and then click on Device Manager. Expand Display adapters, click on the graphics card and press DEL to uninstall it. Restart the computer. Windows should either install a graphics driver automatically or switch to Standard VGA adapter. Now download the latest driver for your graphics card and install it. You should be OK.

i think f8 doesnt even work on newer laptops and i did get into safe mode via the msconfig/boot option, but in safe mode the screen is even worse with only some random fuzzy patterns over the whole screen, while the blind cmd commands also seem to work, just without any sound lol

so maybe someone could just try to replicate the same stuff on a laptop with an ssd(nvme) and then try to fix the occurring issue?

Quick test to see if his graphics card is working properly. Boot a Linux live CD or a WinPE, such as Strelec's WinPE. Use another computer to download the ISO and Rufus to create a bootable USB flash drive. If he can complete boot and see the Linux test/install screen or the Windows desktop, then it is something wrong with drivers in his Windows system. If he sees a black or garbage screen, the graphics card is damaged.

    Download Strelec's WinPE here:

WinPE 10-8 Sergei Strelec English >> Sergei Strelec

    Download Rufus here:

it does show picture in the last win and linux os-es, just not in the 1st 32bit win7, and the problem only started after i resized some partitions again... i think i had the same exact issue the last time that i resized some partitions, because the pausing yt video bug is even more weird than the black/fuzzy screen...

Whatever you do, never touch system partitions. Boot from Windows 7 DVD or USB and select Repair.
