If you already have the Windows 7 DVD, just use it, unless the drive is damaged or the disc is damaged. Then install drivers and run Windows Update to install all available updates. Because Internet Explorer 6.0 is completely useless, make sure you have downloaded a better browser such as Firefox or Chrome or even Microsoft Edge for Windows 7. Don't download latest version, make sure it works on Windows 7.

The Internet Explorer 8 Windows 7 ships with allows you to access the Microsoft Update Catalog after selecting "Use TLS 1.2" in Internet Options. The Catalog allows you to download the KB4414479 that is required to install one of those browsers as well as the KB3138612 you need to enable Windows Update. Windows Update allows you to install the IE11 or Microsoft Edge you need to download Firefox or Chrome.

I think you are complicating things by worrying about drivers now. Just install Windows 7 and find and install the drivers later.
I expect you will need the realtek lan drivers for that intel 3rd gen machine. You wont be able to do much without a net connection.

The 2018 realtek drivers are probably the most suitable. Realtek_Win7_7119_07252018.zip

That's why I recommend to download all drivers before doing a clean installation of Windows, so you won't need access to the internet to install them. You could install the LAN driver, connect to the internet and download the rest, but I would hate letting Windows messing with the devices before I have the chance to manually install proper drivers. So I would rather download them all and stay disconnected from the internet until I have manually installed all drivers starting from the chipset and then graphics.
