Win7 can’t reinstall but trying to fix 0xc000021a

    Hi! New forum user here.

I have a Dell Latitude E5430 trying to run Windows 7 Proffesional SP1, tried to fix it, even making a MSDaRT 7 usb to help assist in issue diagnosis, so far I’ve learned as follows:
Windows 7 does not boot, showing blue screen for a fraction of a second before restart
The error code I got referred to failure to load or a random crash in winlogon.exe or another related program
Safe mode fails to boot, same issue
The primary source of the problem is either the graphics drivers or bitlocker drivers
No longer attempts to boot normally, now goes straight to startup repair
Startup repair and even command prompt are useless here

You can try something like this which in theory resets the registry to search the driverstore

Make Windows 7 bootable after motherboard swap

Didn’t work, recently it hasn’t asked me to start startup repair, it has just started startup repair.

Google Windows 7 sp ISO for your architecture (32-bit or 64-bit).
