Where can i get windows 7 language pack files without updating?

    Where can i get windows 7 language pack files without updating?


    I went to languages change display language then when it's finding it says it cannot find updates, is there a way to get language pack files?

    language packs are only available on Ultimate & Enterprise versions of W7

    you MAY be able to change the keyboard language

    Fix Windows Update. Enable TLS 1.2.

    Update to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 as default secure protocols in WinHTTP in Windows - Microsoft Support

    all language packs had the same KB number, and were only shown as optional on Ult/Ent OS's
    they were never shown on the lower versions
