help with ram

    help with ram


    1st thing im sorry if im in the wrong section

    well i have a acer 5333 laptop, it says on specs that it can hold 8gb of ram , it had 2gb so ive brought 2x4gb of new ram, ive installed it but when i switch on laptop it just comes up saying repair windows or start windows normal, if i click repair it says loading windows files then just restarts and then does the same , also does the same on the start normal option, it just wont boot into windows any help what i can do? x

    Which type of Ram did you Install ? ...


    What is the exact Model Number of your Laptop ? ....

    Hi. Yes it was working .im actually on it now with the old ram back in. Its ddr3 ram . My laptop is a acer aspire 5333

    There are lots of Models that begin with 5333 ...

    I would first check which RAM Dimms are compatible. For that use the Crucial Scanner,

    Found a sticker on bottom that says acer aspire 5333 - p462g32mlkk is that any help?
