No, not on one DVD, normally there are two separate DVDs in a box.

I know that the OEM only comes with one DVD, but the ebay ad does not say that it is OEM, nor does the picture depict an OEM envelope, it depicts a box, which is for the full retail.

I don't understand your link, because it says that it is for FQC-00129, which is the sku for the retail, but the page that it goes to is for FQC-00730.

The eBay ad says nothing about OEM.

Cheaper because it is for the upgrade version, not the full retail.

I just got a second response from the seller, in which he says that it can't be used to install x64. Then he asked what OEM means, which is a cue to me that he doesn't know what he has.

Does the disk say OEM anywhere on it?

In his last response, he says that he doesn't have it in his posession yet, and thus hasn't seen it. Apparently he just used a stock photo for the ad. I just sent another message to him asking to cancel my bid, because I feel certain that it is OEM, and I don't want it.

I have tried to be careful reading those ads, because I have found that some are fashioned in a way that misrepresents the product, even by some larger retailers that know better, but this one caught me nodding.

We agreed to cancel the sale, but that is about all that we agreed to. He was somewhat hostile in his last response. I thought about responding to his remarks, but then thought that would be a waste of both of our times.

Can you get him to (or did he) send some kind of cancellation on your behalf?
