I was looking to add it to the explorer icon. Right where my pointer is in the below pic.
No you won't be able to do that. Windows Explorer does not open files. The jumplist attaches files to there executing program, not to random hog-poges.
Do you want the icon to go to the Libraries or just open up the c: drive?
I wanted it to go under the pinned section of the icon. When I right click on the explorer icon, I was hoping I could have that file there under all the pinned folders. It could even be under the frequent section.

Is it possible to have the Drive icon DIRECTLY on the taskbar instead of pinned to the Explorer icon? I am actually having trouble filling my taskbar and I would like to be able to use all three drive icons. I would also like to be able to put folders directly on the taskbar, too.
