I would just like to thank everybody that posted for me. I was able to fix my problem by doing system restore back to the day I first installed windows. So what ever was the cause is now gone! Thanks!

The Icon itself means that the network drive is offline, figured this out cause Tuneup Utilities turned the drives off and i had no idea what it meant until i looked through Tuneups settings
