A lot of svchost.exe running on process tab on Task Man

There are a lot of svchost.exe running on process tab on Task Manager and a high cpu + memory usage. What happened to my computer or is it normal to be so?

yeah svchost is normal to be running that many processes. They are the shell processes that host the services that your computer runs. You can see the services that they contain by right clicking on one and selecting 'go to services'.

Also be aware of Virus infection that will use the process to harm your PC.

You have 77 processes running. Here is a suggested list of services that you can either disable or start manually when needed:

Also, Process Explorer will tell you what all the svchost files are.
