Remove menu bar

Hey i am not able to remove the classic menu bar from my windows explorer!!!

i have tried all three option (organise benu, advanced system properties and folder options) none of them work... Please help! i really don't what that nonsense taking up any screen space!!!1

I'm assuming you've unchecked "Always Show Menus" in Folder Options...
