Standard buttons toolbar on windows explorer

Using Win7 Pro I have not been able to get a "standard buttons" toolbar on windows explorer. Worked fine in XP Pro... I found it very useful, it contained buttons for various items like refresh (now I have to do a right click, move cursor to refresh option, and then left click).

Anyone else had this problem or found a solution....?

    Rgds,

Press the Alt key to show the toolbar temporarily.

EDIT: Or check mark "Always Show Menus" in Folder Options>View to have it show by default.
