    XML exception


    Hi All, after a win7 home premium 64 bit repair install I now receive the following error message upon win boot: Preferences. Read preferences
    ERR= 2
    what= XML exception
    where=4
    name = Preferences

    I do not know which preferences it is talking about nor can I find where or how to fix it. You help with this error would be much appreciated.

    Also my monitor calibration Spyder 3 pro does not stick upon reboot. Maybe the two are related? Tried reinstalling the spyder software 5 times. It stays active so long you do not restart the Computer. Any ideas?

    Solved both issues. Uninstalled left over itunes utility. Regards Peter
