x32 or x64 Windows 7?
I have a Dell XPS 410 with 4GB RAM and Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, 2.4Ghz, should I install the 64-bit version of 7 or stick with x32?

Based upon what you are showing, 64 bit will be a good choice. Check with the Microsoft Upgrade Advisor, to make note of any incompatibilites. With questions like yours it is wise to fill in the computer specs, so that we can see the entire picture.
Hi Skizza,
I agree with richc46 - you should definitely run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor first, just to be sure: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...e-advisor.aspx
Also, if you're curious here's a nifty FAQ about 32-bit vs. 64-bit versions of Windows 7: 32-bit and 64-bit Windows: Frequently asked questions
And just to avoid confusion in the future - 32-bit is called x86, not x32, even though 64-bit is called x64 :)

Thanks guys, My system is 64-bit capable and actually performs better in x64 according to Microsoft's 1-7 rating (5.5 in x86 vs. 5.9 in x64) because x86 only reads 3G of RAM while x64 reads 4G. How do i know? I installed both...lol
Haha well that's one way to do it Did you try them on separate partitions, or just install one right on top of the other?
What else did the Upgrade Advisor say about your system, e.g. any compatible programs & devices?

Upgrade advisor said everything was good, just about everything was compatible, running 64 now and it's flawless!
